Update on progress for the 2007 golf tournaments
One cannot expect or ask for a better turn out for this year’s inaugural golf tournaments. The help and support from all volunteers in each of the three locations was tremendous. Thank you guys so much for getting the ball rolling and for all your countless hours of organization and commitment to this project. Thank you to all the participants and all the sponsors who took the time to come out and had some fun and went home with some big prizes. We plan on having this event every year, organizing committees in each location are always looking for volunteers, sponsors and future participants. We are also open to other ideas - improvements, positive outcomes etc. We always want to continue to improve, but since we raise the bar so high on our first year we will need different ideas to make the events more fun and memerable next year. We had over 225 golfers that attended one of the tournaments. Once again thank you for all the contributions/donations that have been raised towards my rehabilitation fund. I look forward to seeing all of you once again at the 2008 golfing tournaments across Canada -
Because of the success of these tournaments, I have been able to start a daily training/recovery program that is making a hugh difference in my health and range of motion. I couldn’t have done it without your support. Thanks again!
